Predominantly 1920s–1950s semi-detached and terraced housing. A Level 2 Homebuyer Report is usually appropriate for these properties, though we always assess each instruction on its individual merits. We know these streets well and can provide accurate, proportionate advice.

We've surveyed numerous properties across Easton and St George and understand the specific issues — including Victorian drainage, shared party walls and original roof coverings — that buyers in this area need to understand.

Westbury-on-Trym & Henleaze
